Qualified MBSR Teacher by Brown University School of Professional Studies

I had the pleasure of spending the day in Málaga y I had the pleasure of spending the day in Málaga yesterday with a wonderful group of #Erasmus teachers from Warsaw, exploring a topic that is very close to my heart: Teacher Wellbeing in Inclusive Classrooms.

The openness and generosity with which everyone shared their experiences struck me. Although we come from different educational systems and cultural backgrounds, the challenges of supporting diverse learners while caring for ourselves as educators are similar.

Throughout the session, we reflected on the role of emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and empathy in creating environments where every participant feels seen and valued.

We also did #mindfulness and self-compassion practices that can help teachers remain grounded and resilient amid the demands of daily life.
We had fun moments like this remarkable soft-skills activity inspired by Agatha Christie’s delightful bloodless seaside mystery “Afternoon at the Seaside” where participants took very active parts.

Working in small groups, participants pieced together clues while consciously focusing on active listening, #empathy, perspective-taking, and collaborative problem-solving.

The light-hearted mystery setting reminded us that inclusive practice is built not only through strategies but also through the human skills of curiosity, kindness, and cooperation.

❤️ Exchanges like these reaffirm my belief that teacher wellbeing is not an optional extra. I left the workshop feeling both grateful and inspired.

Thank you to ACCIPE Spain for organising this event and to our Erasmus colleagues from Warsaw for their warmth, thoughtful contributions, and insights shared.
Over this last school term, we’ve shared a space f Over this last school term, we’ve shared a space for reflection, learning, and connection around something that runs through every aspect of our teaching practice: #Emotions.

Through The Three E’s for Estrés, Emoción, Error (Stress, Emotions, and Error) we’ve explored three essential dimensions of our daily work in Escuelas Oficiales de Idiomas:

✨How to manage #stress when difficult emotions arise, both in ourselves and in the classroom.
✨How to use emotional intelligence to #motivate and connect with our students more deeply.
✨How to approach error as an opportunity for learning, from a constructive and supportive perspective.

Beyond specific tools or strategies, these sessions have been an invitation to pause, observe, and rethink how we inhabit our role as teachers.

Because teaching is not only about delivering content. It is about accompanying processes, holding space for emotions, and also taking care of ourselves so we can take care of others.

Last Sunday 15th I had the joy of co-facilitating Last Sunday 15th I had the joy of co-facilitating three online #mindfulness practices for a cohort of fifteen participants, together with my dear colleague from Colombia.

It was inspiring to witness how curiosity, #presence, and group connection supported everyone’s exploration of #stress, resilience, and selfcompassion.

Deep gratitude to the participants for their openness and to my colleague, Santiago @colectivo.pausa for such meaningful collaboration. Looking forward to continuing this journey and bringing more evidence-based mindfulness to our communities.

Proud to be part of this meaningful project of rai Proud to be part of this meaningful project of raising students’ #awareness about their #emotionalintelligence skills.

Volunteering for #teenline has become the most rewarding passion 💙 from the moment I enter Schools to the interactions with engaged young learners who are already showing exceptional skills.

💙 Childline has given me much more in these five years than I could possibly have given Childline. May the #resilientminds programme live long!

🎉 It’s my birthday! 🎉 And I’d like to celebrate i 🎉 It’s my birthday! 🎉

And I’d like to celebrate in a way that will make a lasting impact. I’m kindly asking my friends and family to help me support students with learning difficulties. 📚✨

Many students face challenges that make learning English harder, and these challenges can sometimes feel overwhelming for both them and their teachers. With the right support, these students can thrive! That’s why I’m raising funds that will go directly toward helping these students and teachers get the tools, resources, and support they need. 🙌

If you’re able, I’d be so grateful for your support. Every little bit helps, whether by clicking here https://www.exlibric.com/libro/emotional-intelligence-speaking-activities/ to complete your purchase of my compilation of ESL activities for the English classroom, or simply sharing this post to spread the word.

Thank you for helping me make this birthday truly special by giving back in a way that can change lives. 💖

By the end of these summer workshops your child will know how to sleep better following our beditation skills. And last but not least, they will find that it is good to be kind.

Mindful Kids is an 8-session workshop that may change the adult that your child will become one day by setting the foundations for a less stressful lifestyle.
